Training Overview:
The key to skill development is training. Our trainers
have trained professional level athletes. They have played at the Division 1 level in College and the
professional level internationally.
They have an understanding of what it takes to develop as a
basketball player.
Training Options:
Training is offered consistently throughout the year. Training is offered to players of all
levels of ability. The year is broken up into sessions. We offer two types of group training.
General Skills is station based training focusing on core fundamentals. Shooting,
dribbling, defense, passing, stance, and proper movement are the main areas of foucs.
This concept is taken one step farther with small group skills training. There is a ratio
of one instructor to 4-6 players. There is a lot of individual attention and classes get customized to
the individual needs of that group. In a small group setting the players will push each other harder
than in a larger group setting.
We also offer a small group skills training class for High school kids looking to get ready
for the High School Season.
