Training Overview:
The key to skill development is training. Our trainers
have trained professional level athletes. They have played at the Division 1 level in College and the
professional level internationally.
They have an understanding of what it takes to develop as a
basketball player.
Training Options:
General Skills
Class: An 8 week curriculum focusing on the foundation basketball skills.
Advanced Skills: Improve your vertical, quickness, agility, ball handling and
shooting. Vertical trainers come from Plyocity. Basketball trainer is
Dave Johnson.
Classes Start Tuesday March 30th. Currently, General Skills is scheduled for 5:30
- 7pm on Tuesdays. Advanced Skills is scheduled for 7-8:45pm on Tuesdays. Spring classes run from March
30th until the end of May.
